Entry & Parking Our Main Entrance is located at the back of the building near our rear parking lot and can be accessed by a walkway.

Visitor Parking is available behind the building as parking is not permitted in front of the Gallery. The lot is large enough to accomodate cars and buses and can be accessed by continuing along the right side of the building when entering the drive.

    General Visiting Information

Prior To Arrival

Please perform self identification and screening checks for illness, including COVID-19, prior to arrival. Any guest, visitor or program particpant displaying signs of illness will be asked to visit at an alternate time when symptom free.

Upon Arrival

While in the building, all persons, attendees, visitors, staff and volunteers, including program participants, must:

Follow any & all in place protocols, guidelines & rules at the Gallery & Children's Museum; see also guidelines below.

Respect the personal space of others

Hand sanitation stations are available throughout the building and are encouraged to be used.

    PLEASE ALSO NOTE

Although provincial mandates for masks have been lowered, we strongly suggest and support the use of masks while participating in a program due to the consistent close proximity experienced by participants and staff. These measures are part of our Health & Safety protocols as outlined above and requirement may be reinstated at any point at the Gallery/Museum's own discretion based on our review.

    GUIDELINES for Visitors

General Health & Safety: The health and safety of our visitors and patrons is always a priority. Our adaptive policies follow guidelines, requirements and suggestions of regulatory bodies while monitoring current developments and trends. The strategic implementation of these policies, and the corresponding evolution of our services, allows us to continually address and support not only these guidelines but also the concerns of all of our patrons, staff and volunteers while maintaining our exceptional standards which offer the best experience possible.

Property Guides

• For the protection of visitors, staff and works of art, the Gallery is monitored by video surveillance.


• No Smoking or Vaping On Property
  This includes all indoor & outdoor areas and is in accordance with, but not limited to, Niagara Regional By-Laws 112-2013, 2019-07 as well as the Smoke-Free Ontario Act 2017.


• Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by, and be under the supervision of an adult.


• No Food or Drink is permitted in the Gallery.

Concerning the Art & You

• NO Photography or Videography In order to respect the rights or artists and their representatives under Canadian and international copyright laws NO photography or videography of any kind is permitted with-in the Gallery or of any object on the grounds. This includes the use of a phone, camera, tablet, media or other image capturing device, personal or otherwise, and any related equipment (ex: tripod, selfie-stick etc.). You can view the Canadian Copyright Act here. Violators are subject to fines and/or prosocution.


• Please do not touch the art and remain at a safe distance of 1m between you and the work of art.


• Please be respectful of other visitors and turn your cell phone to vibrate/silent mode.
