Membership Details
- All fees are Non-Refundable.
- Memberships are valid for 1 year (calendar date to calendar date) from date of processing. Example: Memberships processed on September 1st, 2019 will be valid until September 1st, 2020.
- Memberships are NOT SHIPPED but are available for pickup at the gallery after they are processed; this is usually within 2 weeks of purchase. Any additional benefit associated with your membership level will be available at this time inside your member's package. If you provided an email address to the gallery, you will receive notification when your member's package is ready. Please contact the gallery if you have any questions.
- Pick-up availability may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, closures due to pandemic or other similar events. In certain circumstances of lengthy closures, memberships may be extended to compensate for the closed period at the sole discretion of the Niagara Falls Art Gallery for a length determined by the Gallery
- Art Bucks included with a member's package are the sole responsibility of the member and will not be reissued if lost or stolen. Original Art Bucks must be presented and remitted to staff in person at time of redemption. Photocopies or facsimilies are not accepted. Art Bucks are not usuable online. Art Bucks hold no inherent cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
- Members in good standing must present their membership card alongside photo ID at time of entry in order to use.
- Protocols implemented in response to COVID-19 and/or other regulations, guidelines and policy changes may affect overall experiences and/or program and exhibit availability (ex: social distancing and mandatory wearing of masks). Occasionally governmental mandates may require the gallery to create changes to, or implement new, policies and/or protocols which are adopted and enforced. ALL protocols either adopted or to be adopted by the gallery will be enforced by the gallery and accepted by all (including Members) who choose to participate in visiting and/or attending, enrolling, or taking part in a program or offering by the gallery and/or its subsidiaries.
- The Terms of Membership are at the sole discretion of the Niagara Falls Art Gallery and maybe changed, updated and/or discontinued at any time without notice. Benefits only applicable to members registered to a membership and card at time of issue and in good standing.
