Become a Sponsor

Sponsors play a very important role in the community. Whether your support is for a special project, an exhibition, program development or other gallery operations, your contributions are integral to the continuation of cultural advancement in Niagara.

The Niagara Falls Art Gallery recognizes all of its sponsors prominently in gallery as well as through physical and virtual publications including its social platforms. Special recognition avenues, such as name attachments to a project, are also availble in some instances.

What's On @ Your Gallery

A Little About Us
The Niagara Falls Art Gallery is arguably the most diverse visual arts institution in the Niagara Region. It provides Niagara with an important cultural resource through a unique mixture of both Arts Exhibition and Arts Education services available to community residents and tourists alike.

As an exhibition facility, the gallery offers a dynamic annual display schedule through continual, limited and special presentations. The exhibitions stem from either one of the 3 collections (Permanent, Niagara, or William Kurelek) as well as work by aspiring and professional artists from within and beyond Niagara.

As an educational facility, the gallery offers outstanding arts education and interdisciplinary programming throughout the region. An extensive list of arts & better living courses for ages 4+ through to adults have been made available at the main location in Niagara Falls but also at two satelite locations, St. Catharines and Welland, and on-site per request programs accesible by schools and other organizations.

The Gallery is also the parent organization of The Niagara Children's Museum.
This division leads the cross-science educational study programs that include areas such as stop-motion animation, mock-archeological studies, structures & mechanisms and more. These hands-on, practical workshops are available regionally and beyond.

Since 2000, the Art Gallery of Welland Project operated as both an online portal and physical location for art services and programs for the residents of Welland. The impact of the COVID pandemic in 2020 forced a temporary closure of the physical location as well as a restructuring for the project and it's municipal partners. Physical services that were moved from the downtown core are still discoverable online, and available in person, to the residents of Welland through a short commute to our head office in neighbouring south Niagara Falls. Please note: As of 2024, a new, unaffiliated organization is physically operating within Welland under the Art Gallery of Welland name. Our services remain discoverable online and physically accessible at our Oakwood Drive location in Niagara Falls.

Why Your Support is Needed

The Niagara Falls Art Gallery is a not for profit, registered charitable organization. Most of its funding is derived from the educational programs that it delivers which is in turn reinvested to support both these programs and the gallery's conservational efforts.

The generosity of our donors help us sustain our mission to promote the arts within Niagara through the provision of professional standards and services with innovative programming, education and exhibitions.

With Your Support We Can Continue To:

  • Provide community programming for the Niagara Region (child/youth/adult)
  • Serve the artistic community by ensuring access to professional services
  • Encourage students of all ages to participate in art related activities
  • Assist teachers through our Art Based Integrated Learning program
  • Service over 100,000 participants annually through the Niagara Region
  • Provide financially accessible programming throughout the Niagara Region
  • Exhibit Canadian Art for residents and visiting tourists
  • Conserve our visual heritage for future generations.
